One company provided a good response about its controversial slave-like bracelet. However, some say they could have included another statement that addressed the issue more thoroughly, and THAT’s the point. Be THOROUGH.
I advise clients that after they generate their statements, they need to now argue the OTHER SIDE of the issue. They need to attack the issue and identify responses to handle each legitimate argument.
That puts them on track to get in and out in one day.
