Two Points

When you sense trouble, two items I’ve found to be effective every time are:

  1. Talking Points
  2. Answers to Hot Grounders

Before stepping in front of the microphone, you must know what you’re going to say. With preparation, you should ideally have three things to say (It appeases inquisitive minds).

But because an intelligent audience (e.g., reporters, investors, public) won’t be satisfied with that alone, you have to anticipate what they might ask (the harder the better) and provide answers to those questions.

Simple but effective.
