That’s why when Charlotte’s police chief said he was not going to release the video of the police killing that is sparking violent public protests, it was just a matter of time before he did. Not faulting him. Just saying that public pressure will intensify in most cases to where it affects controversial decisions.
Executives and those in leadership roles HAVE to understand that key component in today’s world.
The world has changed, thankfully. And thinking you can live in secret or hide information is outdated. It’s a thin veil to live behind. Nearly always, it will be punctured.
